Problems with graphics driver for ubuntu 14.04 praserocking apr 22, 2014 4:03 am i installed ubuntu 14.04 and installed the latest beta graphic driver downloaded from amd support. lightdm failed and i didnt get to the login page after that.. With a host pc that has ubuntu 14.04, i've installed the nvidia-375 driver according to instructions and rebooted afterwards. but after rebooting i get stuck in a login loop and so i have to erase the nvidia-375 driver in order to login. is there a reason as to why this is happening? is it because my version of ubuntu is outdated for driver and are there any other drivers i need to download.
