Even if you find all that for one motherboard as soon as you boot the flash drive in a different computer you'll have to find new drivers. windows 95 will run without the drivers but you'd have only 640 x 480 video, no audio, no network and your drives would only run in compatibility mode..
Win 95b is usb compatiable,i would think the 98 drivers would work in 95. if you don't have usb install yet on 95 it has to be install , on the win95b disk you will find a folder called others ,in there is a folder called usb,in there is a install for the usb..
